Has LDM had surgery recently?

Can't help but notice that LDM's breast seem to sorta stay in position a lot more these days and don't really look too natural like they used to a few years back, does anyone else think she might have had some surgery to keep them up as obviously she doesn't need them enlarged anymore???

She had an uplift a while back hence the un natural look about them these days! Personally I never liked her anyway so its no loss in my eyes!
