looking for a movie location

I am helping someone who is looking for a Gothic style location in the UK.
They need a large, high roofed (prefer vaulted) dinning room and several other areas in period.
'Hound of the Baskervilles or Dracula' type feeling, possibly Victorian or earlier.
This is for a film to be shot in July/August
Any thoughts anyone?
