I've been using Exmasters for a year and I want to move on, they are rubbish.

Although it seems like they have a digital/automated system, they certainly don't. I can make a bandwidth payment and it won't be applied until I email them and say "OI! Where is it?"

I also have a monthly subscription GB allowance that never seems to refresh. From what I've seen, a lot of people have bailed (left) Exmasters presumably cos they experienced the same shitty service.

Who would you recommend please? A host where, if you need to buy bandwidth, it gets added instantly after payment? Would be a nice start Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion! Does "Unlimited transfer" mean unlimited bandwidth allowance?

And thanks Pete, hostgators uses the word "bandwidth" so I know what I'd be getting there, but both options seem good and well priced!
