Does this law only refer to material taken during a sexual relationship (ex-wife, -girlfriend) or will it apply to any picture taken even where there was nothing other than a working relationship (photographer / model)? Like a number of laws in the field of adult sexuality I can see some difficult cases coming up before the beak.

I suppose if a model who was happy to pose naked for you or let you take compromising pics of her but then later regretted it, she could use this new law to stop you posting them,
That's why i'm saying make sure you have a release for what you post.
I attend the London and other naked bike rides each year where there are loads of naked people, you don't need a release to post photos as they are taken in a public place [other countries different laws apply] but i can see a problem ahead as you get lots of couples taking part and taking pics of each other but what happens if they break up later and one party post naked photos of the other party, they may be able to use this new ruling to get back at them.
Like Andy said there will be some interesting cases coming up which will probably draw more attention to the accuser than the photo/s ever would.
The old unwritten rule use to be that once you have posed for a pic you have no control over where it is used, this may not now be the case, best of luck togs and tread carefully.

I have the misfortune of dealing with domestic abuse in my job. Not once have I come across anyone using compromising photos as a weapon. Women's usual modus operandi is to make false accusations about the ex being violent on Facebook or reporting him to social services for sexually abusing children....

I have had a model get a solicitor to shut my sites down citing the videos I did with er were personal. If I said who you'd KNOW they were strictly business but the point is Planeterotica is right, not only did I have the releases, but you need the ID's too if she is in her early 20's and you need to prove she was of age at the time you filmed her
