O/T : Pop-Up Hell...Help?

Right. Thats it. I've had enough. After 6 years happy "surfing" I have finally snapped at the f***ing sites that bombard my pc with Pop-Ups.
One such site caused 33, yes THIRTY pissing pop ups to occur lats night.
So, I am pleading with the BGAFD community to point me in the direction of a decent piece of software to block these bastards from bombarding my PC with adverts promising to "Add five inches to your penis". Thanks, but I am happy with the (ahem) nine inches I already have.....
Thanks in advance

'Pop Up Stopper' is the one.
Another satisfied customer.
Quite free as well.

change your browser
mozilla, or opera usually has this feature built in, or stop the (java)scripting element of the browser

Second the mozilla browser. Excellent popup stopper.
Also a built in spam filter.
And all free software.
