Jessica Pressley Web Site banned indefinitely.

Atvod issued a luridly titled press release on 15th November. The Jessica Pressley web site was owned by an entity known as JP Media.

Atvod made a determination that the site was an ODPS in breach of its rules. JP Media made no representations and apparently ignored all correspondence. Accordingly Atvod referred the case to Ofcom who have barred JP Media from providing the "Jessica Pressley" site or any other Video on Demand service. The bar came into effect on 7th October and continues indefinitely. Failure to comply is a criminal offence. The site was pulled the next day. It is not clear who closed it.

Fans of Jessica Pressley shouldn't despair however. Her videos are available for free on Xhamster.com and elsewhere. I look forward to a proliferation of pirate sites showing all the output of JP Media who could have no recourse in this jurisdiction, since being barred for ever from presenting their own material they could not demonstrate any loss if another person profits from it.

Its a soft target but ATVOD still chalk it up as a win to scare those who dont know into their control.Regulation is just another form of control

The games getting interesting because they are navigating murky waters in their attempt to rein the adult industry in and skirting very close to violations of free speech...Oh yeah we dont have those rights in the UK do we?

Thing is, while they try to portray those who dont legally comply as criminals I'd like to point out the mechanics of their operation are simply unworkable and they should try to work with the adult industry instead of being cheeky buggers and enforcing their will on it

The adult industry is all for protecting minors against adult content and has been self regulating for years but not at the expense of paying to sign up and be governed by a company that continues to allow sites share stolen content to operate without penalty

'...that continues to allow sites share stolen content to operate without penalty..'

But that's only because Johnson hasn't got his grubby extra-territorial leaning mitts on them YET. Coming soon, a fire wall to keep out any foreign site that hasn't paid his fatuous organisation an extortionate fee.

Talk about ?Who breaks a butterfly upon a wheel?? I think JP Media is only Jessica and her boyfriend running a model's website. Funny thing is Jessica is the most business savvy model I've met. Surprising she let it escalate this far.

The judgement was made in her absence and we know why shes been out the loop for a while and thats down to personal business I am not obligated to discuss

The sites not even in her name anyway.
