Think in reality its more complicated than that, surely you would have to be doing something really out there like eating human flesh or injecting other peoples blood into your arms? Casual kisses and even oral sexual contact are very unlikely to pass on Aids, or even syphilis for that matter, unless you have any open cuts. And the clinics are reliable for honest results so catching it early is the Key.
