Video production in Holland

This is slightly off-topic but it does involve the production of vids with UK models in them, exclusively. I'm looking for sombody in Holland (Belgium at a pinch) who can do video editing, own facilities prefered and has duplication contacts and the rest of it. Your advice would be appreciated.
