Studios and Locations in Sussex

Anyone suggest any adult-friendly studios or locations in Sussex for a shoot next month ? I have a couple in mind - and which I've used before - but there might just be a gem someone knows about ?

There is a studio in Hassocks in Sussex run by a guy called Michael that is adult friendly (depending on the level of adult work I'd assume) as I have shot there to continental and has been girl girl shoots there.
The studio itself is not overly large but adequate and there is also a quite secluded outdoor garden area that is used for shoots too. I haven't got his number to hand but look on
