From what i understand all you have to do is ring up and ask for the adult content to be unlocked. O2 mobile have operated like that for years, I had to ring them to ask, it's anything that's classed as adult even if it was not porn some websites refused to display. Every now and again O2 would block me, and I'd ring them and give the person a rant at the other end..

Seems to me that instead of the default settings on the browser being off,in the future they will be be on,but like hugo rifkind in the times today said how or where will the information of who has turned them of be held and who has access to it.
