Hi Jenny...Where do i start..

Took money off me for an alledged Portugal shoot..

Didnt hear back,when prompted he said was being put back a few months so left it..

Didnt hear from again ..When prompted,he said was being messed about by the producer and that ` I will ask for your money back`

I said I wasnt aware he was passing my money over to an unknown third party ,that I gave it to HIM and That HE owed me it..

He said he would pay it back,no problem..

Again after waiting several weeks,I mailed him to be told the same thing plus `whats your bank details`

Again several weeks passed so by now the Unreliable Mr James has pretty much used up any sympathy,understanding ,goodwill etc...

When I said thisis getting ridiculous,I havent had my money or any expanation,please sort it or I will be left with no option but to pass it over to my Solicitor, the delightfull Tony James ,who I hadnt pressured,chased,bad mouthed or anything ( and believe me i have had a fair few models and producers ask me to ID the scammer)

told me

` I dont owe you an explanation.my friends know what has happened.You can go fuck yourself`


I have been patiant beyond belief with this former professional,and I have to listen to shit like that... and still no money ..

i was asked by mr. james to pay ?100 into this bank account which could be anywhere and he expected me to pay it. must think i am completely stupid.

sarah, give those bank details to the police because its fraud.

omg thats crazy. im so sorry to hear that sarah.
i promise that what work you do for us will be oaid in advace to the show. when you arrive we paty you. i have experienced similar experiences in the past myself that why i make it mandatory that all models are paid in advace.
