Around midsummer onwards, i will have the time (and some money) to invest in a project or two
Have a rough idea of costs and so on, but once everything is in the can, whats the best option for distribution and waht are the prospects of margins being covered?
I feel there is a gap in the market for easy going mixed small groups. Obviously the more people involved the higher the fees, but this is a genre thats not as available as it could be (or am i exaggerating the appeal of this?)
Also, just how is the market out there?
And is certification so very necessary? How much is it?

Possibly, if you could get REAL people involved and not those who currently make their living in that area as they have porno baggage and pretentious which can make any project they feature in synthetic, contrived and ultimately unerotic. This also applies to 'sex enthusiasts' - you know, those folks who advertise in contact and swinging magazines like 'Desire' Avoid them. As far as sex goes they are not 'real people' they are a small band of sex fanatics who's sex lives bare little or no relation to that of the general populace, and consequently they cannot be identified with by mainstream shag movie consumers. But finding regular folks to appear in your movies could be difficult as regular folks are not comfortable being filmed shagging - as opposed to porn stars and exhibitionist type 'sex enthusiasts.'

Far too much to make it viable for those who only have the prospect of moving a few hundred copies.

Good luck anyway. If you can steer clear of the usual suspects and capture the spirit of real sex ? as opposed to Porno Land sex, then you might end up with something that even I would be interested in having a gander at.

There's plenty of guys who can (and have) perform keeping an eye on this forum. Should be no problem for you to ask them and to get references also.....

What type of location did you have in mind?

remember well the hairdressers in a buttman video.....that worked well for some reason

open to any ideas...a houseboat is under consideration

But at the end of it all...it will probably be the old standby of anice big place with good light and big beds.
