Apparently according to their twitter feed they are being subjected to a Distributed Denial of Service attack!!
That doesn't sound good!!

The UK government has issued a Distributed Denial of Service on their site, the new link is now working fine...if you have a lot of money in your account i would take it out just case the new link is also closed.
