Video Editing tuition for pay or TF

Hi I shoot regularly stills and video, I can edit stills no problem but require tuition for editing video for Adult work and other sites.
I am not looking for a freebie and happy to pay for tuition from someone who knows their stuff or happy to shoot content in exchange for help.
If anyone can recommend me someone or offer me tuition please let me know and at what cost, thank you.
