Is the person using it a former photographer or film maker of yours etc who as shot the material ? i am only asking as it will be hard to remove if it is because the photographer always owns the material unless model releases are signed to say different.

Contact the site he is using it on & explain to them the situation, if its his own site contact his hosting company & they will also look into it.

Long time hope you are well
If its on a pay site should be easy as they have to have of copy of your ID or the agent that sold them the content has too
If its on a free site nightmare
Best of luck
