Adding Images to posts?

Hi guys

I know this has been covered in the past but can anyone point me in the right direction to add an image to a post?

I know RGB did it for a while then people started using mybeautifultease but that link is now broken and goes to the xbiz website

Any help would be appreciated

Do not use imageshack for any adult images. It is a widely known fact that they do not allow adult images and will be very fast to delete them.
Use imagevenue. It has a "NSFW" option on there.
