any news HCC? it's been four months! it's all very well producing a nice glossy brouchure, but this is the second time this has happened with different tapes, (the last being older, sexier & wiser) on the last issue as well, what happened to the delivery of another free title in two weeks for the inconvinience? as mentioned on the forum a while ago?

As far as I am aware there is just one UK Shags movie (UKS 15) outstanding at the moment - the reason being that there has simply been no personnel available to edit it together. In recent weeks the relevant parties have been engaged on work that simply must take precedence. However, this work will be completed in the next 48 hours and attention will focus on clearing up any loose ends and jobs that have been put on hold. I anticipate any outstanding UK Shags movies to be completed dispatched in the next 7-14 days. I accept this is naff service and offer unreserved apologies, but those clients who have been with us for the past seven years know that there would be no sinister or malicious intent involved the occasional delays.

Regarding the other movie you mention - I was under the impression that all outstanding orders for this movie had been dealt with and dispatched. Are you suggesting that you have not received it?

As for a free title I believe this was offered to those who ordered UKS no's 1-4. We thought this an appropriate course of action to take as it became clear that there was no way we were going to be able to supply those titles in the short or even medium term. This offer did not apply to UKS 15 due to the fact that it is viable; it is still in play and will be dispatched soon. I don't recall myself or any other UKS personal mentioning the free film offer on this forum. Those who 'qualified' were written to directly.
