Make your opinion count! How do you feel about the UK adult industry?

AITA, the UK?s Adult Industry Trade Association, wants to hear your thoughts on the current state of the adult industry. As a provider of adult goods or services, performer, or consumer, your views are vital to us as we aim to provide for the first time ever, a valid and relevant ?state of the industry?.

To do this we?d gratefully appreciate you taking ten minutes of your time to complete our online survey, designed by Love Bytes Research, a marketing research consultancy specialising in the adult sector.

The survey is completely confidential: your responses will not be attributed to yourself in anyway without your own explicit permission, as per the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Only AITA and Love Bytes Research have access to the survey data, and you have our strict guarantee that neither your responses or your email address will be passed on to any third parties.

Please click on the link here to begin the survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/BXPDFSR which will run for the next 14 days.

Never have your views been as important as they are now, with the industry facing a variety of issues on a daily basis. Your opinions matter ? a lot ? and we want to ensure that anyone working in the UK adult industry has the opportunity to answer the key questions asked in the survey.

If you have any questions about the research, please contact AITA on admin@aita.co.uk

Thank you in anticipation of your participation.

What is the AITA going to do with all this information?

Will this data be for sale?

Thats an excellent and very valid point you make there Simon.
A few months ago for ago for example, one of our producers was called on his personal mobile phone during the middle of a shoot.
It turns out that it was some random with yet another "groundbreaking" scheme that he was trying to pitch.
When we asked how he came to have the mobile number, low and behold it was a lady from AITA who gave him the number.
We couldn't quite believe it but he then proceeded to email the producer with details of the person who gave him these personal details.
As you know some of the people personally in our company Simon, you can imagine the email response that was given.
For the record, Killergram has Zero to do with AITA and see's no reason whatsoever how they can therefore take it upon themselves to dish private personal details without reason or permission.

The data will be released to the industry upon the survey ending.

No personnel data is held on this survey unless you request more info to be sent to you.

So let me get this straight.

The information goes to 1. SurveyMonkey, via their server. Then onto 2. LoveBytes, then onto 3. AITA.

Then "the data will be released to the industry upon the survey ending".

So, I get the data? And Ian at Killergram gets a copy of the data?

Raw data? Or analysed and extrapolated for our specific 'adult oriented' use?

Benson

Once the survey is finished, AITA and LoveBytes will analyse the data and a report will be release with the findings. Of course it will not be raw data and it will not be given to companies to do with what they like.

This survey was set up by AITA so we can find out the current situation of the UK industry and what the future could hold.

Seeking to improve services for AITA members and the UK Industry as a whole with the like of the Health Protocols AITA are working on with UKAP were a few of the reasons to under take this survey and also because no one else every really had.

I trust this answers your questions from above and we do ask that people use a bit of common sense when reading replies.
