Please let me say "welcome to the forum" before you take this post the wrong way. It is not intended to be a personal attack.
Quite a lot of aspiring models post here claiming to look for work but they don't provide many essential details. A lot of them don't "sell" themselves properly and in return most producers/photographers will make as much effort to contact them as those looking for work have done to promote themselves - little to none at all. It is the model's responsibility to make themselves known.
We hope you'll be an exception and make a positive contribution to the industry. However, for that to happen, you should treat your introduction more seriously like a mainstream job application and put a CV out there with the following:
1) [s]Your location (your county should be enough though a town/city would help more)[/s] and how flexible you are with travelling and/or if you can work from home or if you know a local studio you can work from
2) [s]What modelling levels you will work up to, e.g. solo (UK, US or Continental mag), girl/girl, boy/girl and the type of work e.g. stills and/or video[/s]
3) [s]Prior modelling experience, if any[/s]
4)a) A few recent photos. At least one portrait and one full body shot should be enough
4)b) If your photos don't make it clear, point out if/where you have tattoos, piercings or noticeable scars and if you've had breast implants.
You can upload your photos to

Alternatively, you can get yourself set up for free on

As you're surely aware, image is hugely important in this business. That's not to say you need to be a leggy 21 year old blonde wih a 34D bust in a dress size 8 - EVERY woman has her own appeal to somebody in this business. It's important to show what you look like for producers to know if you suit the look they're after.
