i have just agreed to, or rather just paid for flights for a model to come from uk to australia and wondered what the general opinion was to if i am mad or not:-)

Also,should i then get to shoot her for free or still pay for her time etc when we shoot - i have also arranged accomodation for her. she can also arrange a couple of other shoots whilst she is here

I would suggest she def owes you shoots to at least the value of the flights.

If you agreed to pay her for the shoots before she flew over then you need to honour that. BUT if you didn't then yes get as many free shoots as you can out of her!!!

basically we agreed that she will fly over at my expense - get a holiday and shoot for free for me - also be able to arrange a couple of paid shoots whilst she is here

Just thought I would ask if the general thoughts were it was a fair trade?
