I would have chatted about this on UKAP but our password as been disabled?
Performers giving details to insurance companies is a big no no, we recently had to change car insurances...because we work in the adult industry we were told they wouldn't insure us anymore.
These points will need to be ironed out & guarantied that any other future insurance will not be affected by your members taking these policies.

Hi Kim,

I think it would be wrong to connect the two. This arrangement will be more about insuring your industry related property and legal liabilities, and is a long overdue package.

Most motor insurers would treat adult models and producers as 'decline' risks where new business is concerned. Chances are, either your current insurers had not originally been told about your occupation, or if they did know you would be paying above the odds? Whichever way you look at it, it wouldn't pay to hide your occupation from your insurers as you risk having a claim refused for non-disclosure should the true facts emerge when an accident is investigated.

Performers can claim off producers liability insurances so why should they get a industry insurance ?, is it not true once the data base as details of your job your life insurance & other insurances will go up....thats if you are not refused insurance in the first place because of your job like i & others have.

Its a good idea in theory but as insurance companies are legalised crooks its a no win situation.

Get it in writing that it won't effect your everyday insurance before agreeing to any policy, i am sure the insurance company AITA will be talking to will do this...watch them squirm avoid the subject.

I am only giving you advice on our my polices have rocketed so take heed.
