Help with backstage/dressing room style set

Ok guys,
wonder if you can help me. I am planning a scene and finding the location is proving to be hard. What I am after is a kind of backstage/dressing room type set. something that would look like a backstage at a gig/arena tour. A sofa set would be ok but I don't want it to look like a living room, it has to look like backstage waiting area.

I woud prefer it to be in the north east of england but open to any suggestions at this point, the location is going to be hardest to pull off about the shoot and need it sorting before I set a date with models etc...
