WANTED: Industrial / Warehouse / Factory Space

Hi,
I'm looking for a safe/secure industrial space preferably a disused unit that hasn't been completely cleared out.
Ideally, in order to keep costs down, I would like it to be in the North West but can travel further afield if necessary.
The location is required for an adult film shoot 29th August.
Any assistance would be gratefully received.
