Christ, they're not still showing that apalling 'Shag and Mut' are they? Jesus. Someone should let these people know that more air-time filed with crap isn't as good as four hours of quality. I know Shag&Mut must have their fans but I've rarely been as deeply unaroused as when their show comes on.

This has been discuused on this forum before so have a search. I think I am right in saying you have to give one years notice IN WRITING!

I don't think it's quite that bad, Frank.
If you take TVX on Sky Digital you agree and are tied into a twelve month contract and you have to give a month's notice if you wish to terminate but quite how you do this I am not sure.
This contract business causes sufficient grief all round for me to say, 'Have nothing to do with TVX'.

Am I right in thinking that the only way of unsubscribing to the Paul Raymond site sexclub.co.uk is by telephone? Seems a bit of a dirty trick if you ask me, to discourage people through fear of embarassment from cancelling their subscriptions. Every other adult site on the internet lets you cancel online, but not this one.

Do what i did, stop paying and they cut you off. You then have to send any money due to Kirkcaldy i think(up here anyway) and it's done after you do so. You can connect in a flash by phone to that crap so there is no contract as such(unless it's changed?) so what can they do if you don't want it as quick as you did? I was on tvx for 2 months and it was absolutely dreadful.

You have to give a months notice in writing, the address is the same one for Sky Customer Services in Dunfermline, Scotland as it's them who carry out the customer service for TVX on their behalf.

I don't see the problem with having to cancel via the phone apart from if you live abroad and international phone rates apply. At least the site tells you how to cancel unlike numerous other sites I could mention

Agree it would be easier online but hey how embarrassed can you get talking to someone on the phone

Rememeber you're only on the site for the articles......RIGHT.....the pictures and videos are a bonus.

cheers

I joined it and then cancelled by phone. In cancelling I had a bit of a hard sell from the girl at the other end trying to persuade me not to cancel. When she realised I was adamant she agreed to me cancelling as if she were doing me a favour!
