The industry secret - the guys who are consistently shooting new models aren't waiting for them to knock on their door, or appear here on AIR, they go out and find them.
Some methods that work for different people :-
1) Run ads in classified media, both online and offline.
2) Hand out cards to girls they meet in town, esp scouting around the poorer areas.
3) Frequent lap dancing clubs and talk to the girls.
4) Recruit models from mainstream modelling sites.
5) AdultWork
6) Develop a very high profile locally shooting ALL the models at the levels they want, so mainly arty and glamour, but tell them all that if any of their friends are interested in adult work, there's good money in it.
All of these require various investments of time/money and easy it aint, and you get stood up a LOT, but that's what the people who find new girls do.
