Hi Everyone,

Ive been informed by quite a few producers/photographers that my Norton anti-spam is bouncing or blocking emails, (but unfortunately i am still receiving spam)

So apolagises to anyone who has mailed me and not received a reply,
I do reply to all emails i receive so if i haven't replied to you my anti-spam has maybe blocked you too,

Does anyone know how to get rid of Norton Anti-Spam?
when it is set-up to update every year auto-matically along with my anti virus.

Luv Tanya

X

disable spam filter training in Norton AntiSpam
1
On the Options menu, click Norton AntiSpam.
2
On the left side of the window, under Email, click Filtering.
3
Uncheck Use outgoing email to improve Norton AntiSpam filtering (recommended).
4
Click OK.

or this

To turn off Automatic LiveUpdate
In the Norton Internet Security main window, in the Computer pane, click Settings.
Under Updates, in the Automatic LiveUpdate row, move the On/Off switch to the right to the Off position.
You may need to scroll the window to see the option.
Click Apply.
In the Select the duration drop-down list, select how long you want to turn off Automatic LiveUpdate, and then click OK.

and to turn it back on its this...

To turn on Automatic LiveUpdate
In the Norton Internet Security main window, in the Computer pane, click Settings.
Under Updates, in the Automatic LiveUpdate row, move the On/Off switch to the left to the On position.
You may need to scroll the window to see the option.
Click Apply.

Bearing in mind I think Norton updates every hour if your still logged in to the net that is.

Best of luck
Si
