Hi all.

Lost some weight (five stone), changed my performer name and am hoping I can pick up some work - starting with content shares and then going from there. I'm still in Coventry but can easily travel to London, Bristol or Manchester.

I've found a couple of more inches since I lost the weight...I'm by no means huge but I'm usable...and, now that I'm fitter, also perform better.

Well done mate, What diet did you use?

Zumba three times a week and stayed veggie...mostly salads with a bit of quorn.
