Being the "footman" that I am - can anybody tell me why the british gals seem extremely reluctant to show their feet in films, TAC /TVX programmes, and pictures?

For example, I dont think that I have ever seen Carri Lee's or Jodi Oram's feet - they just dont show em.

But Michelle Thorn, Laura H and a few others seem to not have a problem at all.

In american gonzo, the girls always always show their feet and in most films the cameraman actually zooms in on them specifically!!

Alot of the girls seem to wear very snazzy highheel shoes in these movies which some even keep on when they are going at it "hammer & tongs" which I often think looks uncomfortable. Maybe feet arn't a directors first choice for interesting shots?
