Hello Guys and Girls,

I'm currently in the process of setting up my very own POV website (similar filming style to http://harshhandjobs.com, but with a different theme).

The website is nearly complete, now I need some advice on hiring models.

What is the best way to approach a model (for example, do I email them a business case re: what my website is about, the targeted audience etc)?

Also

what are the typical rates I should expect to be charged?


Any other pointers will be much appreciated.

Hi Mash

Post on here what you are looking for is a good way, or look at Air Website and post there. I use both when looking what people have on offer.

As to rates, it depends on length of shoot, exact levels, certed or not. I would be looking for at least ?50 an hour or more for POV, depending on shoot length. Half day might work out less per hour, Full day even less etc.
