Welcome to the new-look forums

Welcome to the British Girls Adult Film Database forum!
This forum is intended for discussion and sharing information on the topic of British born and British-based female performers in adult films.
These were the words that launched the BGAFD forum nearly two and a half years ago. Anyone reading the forum today may be forgiven for thinking that at times that message gets lost under the sheer weight off off-topic topic banter and light-hearted posts that make up any average day on the forum. We know a lot of valuable would-be contributors are put off as a result, but at the same time we acknowledge that the off-topic posts and general chit-chat help to make this place the friendly community it is.
So, from today, we're going to try to cater a bit better for both. This newly relaunched forum is specifically for
"the discussion and sharing of information on the topic of British born and British-based female performers in hard-core adult films and related matters"
and us mods are going to be a lot more aggressive in ensuring contributions conform to the forum's charter.
A second forum has been established specifically for the general chat and socialising that, up until now, has been an accepted part of the main forum. All threads beginning with an off-topic post made in the main BGAFD forum will now be moved to the O/T Forum and all off-topic posts added to an existing on-topic thread MUST be declared by putting O/T in the subject header - though such posts should be the exception rather than the rule and may be subject to removal at our discretion anyway.
Please note that certain posting guidelines still apply though - to EVERY forum. In particular be aware that the new o/t forum DOESN'T give the green light for a free-for-all. Please read and become familiar with the newly amended Forum FAQs for further details.
All messages posted to the forum over the last few years are available in a separate searchable read-only archive.
The forum software has also been upgraded. The most recent new posts and additions to existing threads (however old) now automatically 'float' to the top of the forum, so it'll hopefully be a lot easier to keep track of what's gone on since you last visited. You can also now preview your post before submitting it.
Finally, those who like to add formatting to their messages, including making links clickable, should note that the forum no longer supports any embedded html in messages. Please read 2.3 What formatting options can I use in my messages? for info on the new options. The angle bracket notation for clickable links IS still supported though.
