Ashleigh embers wants webmaster to build site

Hey guys,
This year i want a site up and running.
Ive put it off for far too long now, and it mainly boils down to not knowing who to trust to build it for me and wether im being ripped off along with what the best option is for me.
I understand i can do this 1 of 2 ways, profit share or i pay to have the site built and pay out for a videographer and photographer each time i want and need new content and take 100% of earnings. Both ways have their plus sides.
If you're a webmaster, producer,photographer etc i would love to hear from you if you'd be interested in working with me on this and you have a deal for me??
Also some input from models with sites and which option has worked best for them would be massively appreciated.
This is a totally serious project and hopefully have the ball rolling in the next month or two.
