works for me to be honest but you do have to be pro-active, the rental movies are the best form of revenue rather than the shorter clips.
you have to upload photos several times a day to keep your profile on the front page, also amend the text on your profile often as this helps too.

Two models I have spoken to recently say they did very well in the first couple of weeks (like ?400/?500) and were hoping that it keeps going at the same level. But as Melody says you do have to put the effort in.
I certainly took enough to pay for 25 shoots last year and still made a profit. If you launched something new I don't think anyone would see it as an alternative to AW, but an addition. They would hope that any new site would mirror what they make on AW and double the income.

www.mydirtyhobby.com is an alternative.It's run by a very professional Dutch company,who pay their bills on time.I know several girls in Europe,who have posted 10-15 clips on there,normally 9-10 mins long.They earn 200-300 Euro/week,without problems.
