venue in Birmingham 3 bars & VIP

a promotor i know is looking at some club premises on outskirts of Birmingham central; Will allow bukkake, gb, VIP rooms for parties; holds 600 capacity and 3 bars. 80 car free private car park, overnight flat above.
All shoot equipment, lights, video, cameras on site, plus full wardrobe etc.,
Not sure of the location yet, but should open mid February.
OK for events, awards, parties, shoots, shows, bands, presentations etc.,
