I dont usually rant on here but enoughs enough it seems a certain "amazing pornstar" has taken to slagging me off in her videos which i find somewhat suprising that a particular company would allow but hey ho

I would just like to put the record straight as many of you will know what im refering to im sure, I can provide good refs for myself and at least 10 togs this "amazing porn star " has let down and had to be replaced by Paige Fox on numerous occasions. Syren Sexton etc

Im sure most of you that know me will find this a little odd as did i but its pissed me off so needed a release.

If anyone does want to know whom to avoid being let down yourselves or the company it was mail me direct

I'm not on any side of any argument but I think I know who you are speaking about. If someone is making personal attacks against you on video that is libelous, and if a company is assisting her by letting her use anything they control that makes them just as accountable.

Instead of a tit-for-tat slanging match, take some evidence to a lawyer and have them send both the individual and company a letter threatening legal actions if they don't stop.

This is assuming you are referred to by name and not just innuendo as you have here.

I am aware it is childish however this has happened 1 time to many as far as im concerned of course most of the people that know me that i have worked for or with know the real me. I am awaiting for a reply from the company before taking further action if required.

That all sounds rather civilised morganmedia but the reality is as Ive always said, this sort of thing only goes one of two ways:

A straightener on the cobbles or a truce over drinks

No one wastes time with legal action in the porn biz. Well maybe the real big companies do but I dont really hear about that much because no one has time to fanny about and feed the legal system money when a punch in the face is a lot quicker and cheaper.

I've yet to see anyone take anyone to court over comments said on a video where porn is playing on the same product.

More likely a judge will laugh and toss it out of court if it ever went so far as to be viewed.

Thats not encouraging you to punch anyone in the face now Krystal. i would have it out with any company using this and you might find they may remove it out of professional courtesy.

I certainly wouldnt allow it and if I did i would certianly bleep out names and incriminating stuff.

If nayhting this childish behaviour makes the person saying it look stupid and petty anyway

Once again I completely agree with you terry. I know that a case such as this would 99% of the time be laughed off by a lawyer after they've collected a few hundred quid for sending a letter..Always a better option is to extend an olive branch ...lifes too short for squabbles...
