In my opinion if she does porn the chances are that someone she knows will find out in the end. She has to decide if its worth the risk.

She shouldn't do it if she isn't prepared to deal with being found out.
If she decides that she is, she should just go for it. Do 1, might as well do 100.
And of course she should get an AIR listing, even for her lower levels.
