Manchester is a great place to have given birth to the Gorgeous Amanda - have U also noticed that many girls in film come from Sheffield??????

Surely you can't be referring to that football team of expensive foreign imports? Or an over-rated Beatles tribute band? Or Mick Hucknall, who loves the place so much he lives 1000 miles away in Tuscany?

I think Mick Hucknall's home location was Manchester's idea.

Manchester is famous for having no native Manchester United fans.

I'd certainly go with that, to judge from her accent. I can't quite place it, but it's borderline Estuary, not at all northern.
