Content advice

Hi all

I've been lurking for awhile now and as you seem a nice friendly bunch I thought I would ask for some advice!

I've created a new adults free-ad website that will hopefully be supported with affiliate marketing.

After some research it seems that a good way to drive traffic to the site is using 'tube' videos, everything from tame stuff that youtube wouldn't oppose to hardcore stuff for adult tube sites and brand it with my website.

So my question...

Am I better off hiring some models to make my own videos to promote my site? Or would it be better to buy content with permission to brand it myself?

I have some experience of making videos (not porn) and a fairly basic but good quality camcorder. I also have adobe premier & video editing experience.

Making my own videos I should imagine would be more 'interesting' but on the other-hand perhaps buying content would be safer and perhaps more cost effective.

Any advice, thoughts and heads-up on potential pitfalls would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks all.

Best thing I can advise is speak to someone like Maise Dee, I'm sure she's got an email address in her profiel on here & she's really helpful & gives good advice.

No doubt someone will contradict me, but unless you've got loads of traffic already (like tens of thousands of uniques a day), I think you'd be hard pushed to make a profit affiliate marketing AND paying for content.
