I've got tons of content i've filmed over the past 4 years, girls on thier own, girl/girl and some boy/girl, more than enough for a site, all over 18, all got releases! My problem is taking memberships (eg credit cards and secure members section) any advice on who or where I can get that part sorted?
I've searched on goolgle and most advice on setting up and adult website is all aimed at americans and mainly deals with stuff like finding models, filming, etc but thats not the problem! Its making the site work, or in other words, taking the money for the memberships!

The billing solution should wait until you have a designer or you have designed you site, think about the niche & the name of the site. This is all relevant to the site design.
Billing solutions include companies such as Epoch, ccbill or zombaio. Paypal and similar do not allow adult material.
When you say tons of content. How often have you been filming the content thoughtout the past 4 years? I suggest, if the content is all amateurish & of different girls. You would be much better off showing the content to Yourchoice.
If you want any more advice contact us anytime....

Its not amateurish, I used to work in ligit television production, so its high quality, adult was always a hobby but I did shoots professionally, with professional models and all with releases, etc. I have, even though I say it mayself, much better content than quite a few other sites I've seen.

The commerce side is easy - just pay someone to set that up, or invest in an adult CMS with it built in.
The sales side is the time consuming bit - the marketing, marketing...
Cheers

I'd say your best bet would be to partner up with someone who knows how to run and market a site and you concentrate on shooting.
Depending on the type and quality of content you've got I'd be happy to help. jhn -@- punkgrl.com

Maybe, but if there is only to be the 1 site, It only takes 1 or 2 days for shooting the content, editing & submission. The rest of the week would be used to convert sales & marketing, gallery design & so forth.
Good luck UKstud.
