Guys ok I like to help if I can but I'm getting far too emails & I don't have a clue what you're asking me a lot of the time. All I can do is give details of people that hire new guys but you still need to send pics & do research etc.
There are better people to ask questions Paul on AIR for example & there is also a guide on UKAP for new starters.
