Not as simple as that: it's a newsgroup, so you have to configure your e-mail account for the newsgroup-server you wish to use (e.g. Easynews, ), and it costs about ?7 a month.
You can also access a limited amount for free......

Sorry, I assumed fred knew it was a newsgroup. I access it for free via my e-mail account (ntl).
