Possible sale of Babeink.com

I am due to open a new members area via my domain name Babeink.com in the near future, but this may not happen due to me possibly getting another job I've applied for, so I am seeing if anyone is interested in possibly buying the domain? It has just been newly renewed for 2 years.
The transfer could also include Babeink.co.uk as part of the sale if wanted, which has just been renewed for another year.
