I supplied a web site with content last year under the agreement that if I terminated the contract, all content would be removed within 6 months or until the last member's subscription ran out - but to be no longer than 6 months total.

8 months ago I terminated the contract and this agreement. Now they have changed all the passwords to ccbill, but are STILL using my content most of which I supplied myself (and my partner shot so it's HIS copyright!) In fact they updated last month! So they have gone over the agreement by two months and are ignoring my polite communications pointing out that they should no longer be offering memberships to my page.

I have not had one single cheque from these people and they also signed me up to another network of theirs despite me telling them not to.

Does anyone have a cease and desist template please as I don't want them using my content illegally.

Also if anyone wants to know who they are just e-mail me.

I would appreciate it if you could support me on this by checking with me before you sign up to any of my sites on amateur networks. I use Southern Charms and update it regularly myself, but this other site which I'm not able to mention on this forum is using my content illegally.
