Looking for models for shoots

Would like to do some shoots before xmas, minimum level open leg. Stockings, heels, etc. usual type of sets.

Looking only for good quality models so no tattoos and no boob jobs. If you have say a small tattoo on your shoulder that can be hidden from view by your hair then that'll be okay.

I'm based up north so prefer models from anywhere in the north, if you're Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester then brilliant, if you're down south then you need to be willing to compromise on travel expenses.

Email me ihimagesian9027@aol.co.uk , let me know what levels you are happy to work upto and what rates you can do me. If you want see some of my work or references let me know and can sort that out.

"Looking only for good quality models so no tattoos "

In my opinion no. When someone goes to a showroom to buy a car he/she is going to be drawn towards the good condition immaculate cars, if there is a car on show that is covered in graffiti he/she is not going to even consider it. When someone goes house hunting they want the best house that they can afford in a nice area, they don't want something run down in an area covered in graffiti. Do you see the point I am making that tattoos are basically graffiti that spoils ones appearance. Ok so some people actually like graffiti and even think of it as art, but those people are few and far.

I'm guessing from your post Holly that you might have a tattoo, I do not mean to offend you in any way, people can do whatever they want to do if they want to have a tattoo then fine by me. However just like someone has the right to be happy and have a tattoo if they so wish to I too have the right to my opinion and to be happy and to book the models I wish to book.

yeah, I have a full sleeve tattoo but its more than just that, its a piece of art, far from "graffiti that spoils ones appearance"

but hey ho, if in your opinion that makes me a bad quality model, that fine cos theres probably 100 people who feel the complete oppisite to the way you feel to every 1 that would agree with you (hardly "few and far")

Not in the real world there isn't. Ever watched tv? how many commercials can you recall where the model/actress used had visible tattoos? I can't recall any. Even when Fearne Cotton was used recently for the Very advert she was under strict instruction to cover up her tattoos as they weren't deemed suitable.

Not trying to be horrible, as I've said people have tattoos and that is fine we can all do to our bodies whatever we choose to, but it IS fact that the majority dislike tattoos.

you couldnt be more wrong. Have you not noticed how all of the top fashion brands and designers are now using tattooed models? How about how many musicians have tattoos, pop acts aswell as rock groups? And then theres athletes and sportsmen, look at David Beckham, he is covered in tattoos. What about the hugely popular TV shows based around tattoos such as Miami Ink, London Ink and LA Ink? Oh and theres mainstream glamour lads mags such as Front who use tattooed models for thier covers and even have ongoing alt girl features.
But yeah, they are all wrong and ofcourse you are right.

I am based up north, and have a few tattoos and happen to agree with Holly.

I was going to reply to this, saying I do have actually scar covering make up, that I can cover tattoos for shoots, where they dont want a better quality model as you put it, but have a different look in mind!

but after reading this, I say that no, if my tattoos mean Im not a good quality model, I cant work with that attitude! in the real world, in the real world I also attended university, where my real world lecturers thought my tattoos were awesum! people express themselves in many ways, tattoos are an art form and a self expression, not a stamp of thuggery! there are doctors, lecturers, teachers, surgeons, excutives with tattoos! its not real world! this personal opinion of yours and an idea towards tattoos that make you think they are bad quality! but people can find fault in everyone style, the whole world may not like yours!

and really it would of been great for you to work with holly, I dont even know holly personally, but I know how sought after and well known she is in this industry and have also seen her work, and it is both high quality and classy!

if you personally dont like tattoos, thats your free opinion, but dont make it a differeniate between a good quality model. Just post that personally tattoos are not a like of yours and for this reason, you would personally prefer a model without tattoos, like people look for models of different heights, weights, ethinicities! they would never quote that a model not of the purpose for that shoot was not high quality!

What if the tattoo was small and can be covered with body paint or stockings?
