Mike, you REALLY need to de-interlace the video before taking screengrabs, i mentioned it on a previous post.

What is deinterlacing? http://www.100fps.com
Take a look at the 2 images near the top, specifically
- Not resized and not deinterlaced
- Deinterlaced properly
Notice anything?
