"Caught between a rock and a hard place." I would like to take this opportunty to publicly apologise to Marino who over the years has been a great friend and true gentleman and help me out on numerous occasions.
His girl friend Cyprus recently asked me for advice about wether or not she should do a shoot. I tried to be diplomatic as both of them are good friends. I advised her to keep her work and private life seperate and advised her to keep things to herself. I know now this was wrong and has caused a great strain on Marino and my friendship and I am truely sorry .
My intension was never mean't to do anything behind his back.

That was quite sincere, I'm 99% sure he'll accept your apology. I would, but you'd probably be better off doing it face to face

I was really sad to read this .... I cant say i know either of you brilliantly well, and i suspect that is very much my loss as everyone i know who DO know you both much better, all say the same thing-You are both Ace Guys.. That you put this up here (as oppossed to emailing him privately) certainly says alot..............and i hope Marino factors that in to the hurt he is feeling... I hope its not too long till one of you can pick up the fon to the other, thrash it out and get back to how you were..... Your both losing out on an awefully good friendship otherwise!sad!.... x

Hey,
Just my 2 cents worth, but tony you have helped me with work and I have asked you for advice in the past, all you can do is give your opinion!! But if it's damaged a friendship then you should try to rectify it, and a public apology seems fit!! But regardless I hope you guys patch things up soon dude!!

I have just got home and seen this. I accept your apology Tony. And hope you realise what trust and honesty means to me. Perhaps we can talk later this week.

Having met you and worked with you, and all the support and guidance you have given me, Im sure this was said with the best possible intentions and no intended harm was meant to be caused.

it takes a big person to stand up and apologise and say that at some time their decisions have turned out to be wrong.

it will all work and Im sure your friendship will be able to be rebuilt.
