My thumb two days after the attack and one day after infection set-in. It is plain from the appearance as well as the 'dead-spots' that necrosis of the injured tissues is taking place and spreading, there is some nerve-damage and the knuckle hurts like a MoFo, but at least it smells nice, just like a bacon sarnie!... lovely.
