well several hours later and no response

but got it to work - the trick is that the sign up user name/password combo has nothing to do with the adult live site that's just for the money collection site - all very confusing

still - not helped by lack of support system - no password reset etc

What's up mate, I'll see if I can help, I don't work for them, but have been able to solve many problems.
