this afternoon i was approacehed bu someone claining to be a pr agent for america i guessed it was susspect when i didnt regonise any of the girls name for refs and they said they wanted to produce a show reel but had to come to london for 5 mins of filming also the email was very unproffesional but you could easily fall for this if you are new to the buissness i have attached a copy of the emails exchanged below i hope the mods dont remove this as for girls saftey

thats not good idea babe i dont want my LA contacts to see i use these sites to source my models from also rival producers might steal my ideas and source their models out to LA

i understand you need to be safe is there no other way we can do this

basically i used to work in LA doing pr work and marketing for the big porn companies there and recently i have been supplieing them uk women for their productions iget a showreel shot of them and take it with me to LA and shop them around so far iv already taken 8 models from UK and they are getting big companies after them im taking few more with me in the next 2weeks with your look you would so easily get the big gigs ithought u wud be working withthe big companies here ican get a showreel made for you and take it with me when i go to LA and i gurantee you will get LA work

Yes, the emails are a bit less than professional!

Remember, you can also put this sort of stuff on the UKAP forums, Emma.

The sad thing is many of the senders believe their own 'stories'. So find it quite a laugh to read.

Check the email headers it will have the IP address of the sender. For hotmail accounts the IP will be under "X-Originating-IP:" header. Perhaps the board admin could check to see if a user here is registered with it, as it would seem from the first email that he/she is either a user/lurker here.

Yes, the Natasha one has contacted me before too!
I've no idea what these people actually aim to get from this as they never follow through with doing the shoots. They must get off on talking to girls in the industry and discussing "details".

V is my "agent"....... sent loads pics to as requested, then i was asked if i did boy girl as "she" had client for me....as i do,she put "him" in touch direct wi me ( i thought agents did all that??) ..... he was pretty gross and inaaproprite so ended that and left me thinking maybe "He " AND V were one and the same......... also weird that gave my mob no but never even called to say" Hi," or anything ...... suffice to say, CAN ANYONE RECCOMEND A GOOD AGENT TO ME!!!! .............
