If they need to travel to you, most people will quote a rate for the day, or, if close, half day, to include their travel.

How long everything takes to shoot depends on you and your organisation.


BUT

A lot of studios will include these services at a per hour rate along with studio hire, and if you just want a fast one hour shoot that would be the way to go.

Don't forget the editing - I know it's a private collection shoot but it still makes the whole thing much better!
