I' always reading about peple getting into the adult industry...

...well, those that know me will know I've been toying with the idea of getting out of this business now for some time.
Can anyone tell me how?
I'm fed up with models,
fed up with cranks,
fed up with being treated like a social pariah by everyone that knows me (probably not just my involvement in porn there to be fair!)
Just looking at my equipment makes me depressed these days (and I mean my camera equipment!)
Help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

don't know if you remember me, but you helped me out when i first posted on here. Just wanted to say that i am still around and still looking for my first shoot. Obviously i don't know why ur wanting to get out of the industry,
but if ur still interested, i good do with some advice.

best way to get out is just stop. Fortunately (or unfortunately!) i'm not full time, i'd like to be! But i can't take the risk of giving everything up and it might go tits up, so unless it was something serious and then we're talking contract.
As for models, well i'm not any where near a regular shooter, but saying that i've NEVER had a no-show (had a few cancels - 3 actually but 2 I filled) and i've never not done a shoot i've booked. I'm always asking other togs for feedback on models to who i book.

I'm trying to expand with another couple of models and the whole letting-me-down crap is getting more than a little annoying.
Obviously I won't be stopping but some days you just want to cut your head off with a rusty spoon just to get away from the annoying parts.

I was trying to be humorous when I began the post but as I wrote more my porno-demons rose to the surface an I suppose I began to bare my soul a bit.
I'm not in a bad situation financially so I'm not concerned about that - nevertheless I can't just stop (and WON'T) because I have a responsibility to Tara.
I suppose everyone in every job has days or weeks when everything seems uphill and this has been a fucking dismal few weeks I can tell you.
